If you need further information while you’re planning your holiday or once you are here, contact or visit our Tourist Information Centre. The knowledgeable and friendly staff will do all they can to help you plan your visit or make the most out of your stay. We are based on the Children’s Village on the promenade and are open seven days a week throughout the summer season.

Opening Times:

Easter to October: Every Day, 9.30 am – 4.30pm
October to Easter: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am – 4.30pm
Closed Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day.

Accommodation Bookings:

We have a comprehensive range of accommodation available in the Rhyl and Prestatyn area to suit every budget from smaller B&B's and Guest Houses to large 3 Star hotels, along with holiday parks and camping caravan sites.

The TIC Accommodation Service offers availability details over the phone or via email; we can also book accommodation if you are in the area by visiting the TIC.

You won't get lost in Rhyl and Prestatyn, we stock a good range of OS maps along with many local interest books on walking, cycling and things to do.

If you're looking for an attraction to visit or what’s on, we have a comprehensive stock of attraction leaflets for the local and regional area along with details on events in Rhyl and Prestatyn and the local area.
